Purchased to maintain my mother’s new Shaw floors along with Shaw floor cleaner in accordance with warranty guidelines (🤣 just wanted to be sure it could not be said that use of non Shaw products on floor voided warranty later on.) The cleaner itself is great. Cleans the floor, leaves a nice sheen, smells quite pleasant. The mop on the other end is pretty overpriced for what it is—a cheaply made mop you could get for much cheaper by any other name. The biggest issue is that the pads are rectangular and not large enough to cover mop bottom entirely, which is metal with rather angular edges. It would be fine if the product were as it is shown in the listing’s images, with the mop heads large enough to cover the mop from end to end, but they are not. Mop is also loose at its hinge, constantly flopping about and scraping walls, baseboards, and floor as you try to use it. Defeated the purpose of trying to protect floors entirely. You’d do better to just use the cleaner with a microfiber cloth by hand. Laughably bad design. If only the pads were larger.

I was a little nervous about this product after reading the reviews, however, I am very happy with the purchase, both the mop and the solution. The mop was easy to use and together both were excellent at removing both paw prints from cat litter and salt used on my sidewalk when it snowed. Both came up easily and have resulted in the floors looking like new. Very happy with the purchase.

This is a great product. It is very well made and does a great job. Very easy to use. The cleaner is great. We use it for spot treating and cleaning. Since this purchase, I’ve purchased an additional robot vacuum which helps greatly on cleaning, as the vacuum cleans the floors and then Infollow behind it with the spray and mop to do a quick clean. I highly recommend. Thanks

Absolutely love this stuff!! The mop is easy to use, and the stuff works! We used it on our vinyl plank floors and they look like new. It took the gross film right off and gave the floors life again. I will forever use this stuff.

The spray works great on my shaw vinyl tile. I hadn't used anything but water and a sponge mop on the floor since it had been installed. I first used the green dust which easily velcroed onto the mop head. I was glad it didn't lock so I could easily swivel it around my kitchen, dining and hall. Then I switched and put the blue(wet) mop head on. I used the spray that came with the kit. After it dried I noticed it brought a nice low shine to the floor that wasn't there before. There was a nice pleasant smell and the dog prints were gone. Even though I thought my floor was fairly clean to start I saw my mop head had turned slightly brown so I knew It had done the cleaning job.

Love that the cleaning product is not a wipe up/clean up option as that saves time during the cleaning process. The broom/sweeper that comes with is decent, but does have a tendency to flip - particularly if you are "scrubbing" a section. That's why I didn't give the highest stars, but I'll still buy the cleaning product again!
