had an IT job pop up in Vegas and needed a quick 100 of these so ordered overnight... Expected to use CAT5e cable when I got there but instead was given CAT6... these connectors worked just fine despite the thicker cable. No issues at all.

Bought these when I decided to run all new cable in my house and add POE cameras. I used these for every single cable run and have never had an issue on and of it. These ends are molded perfectly so that every individual wire fits nice and snug in the channel for crimping.

Good old RJ45 connectors. Build quality is good. Wire paths are staggered with the batch I received, giving more room for thick gauge ethernet wire (pictures show straight wire paths). Connectors have triple prongs and bite both solid and stranded wire. I am using these at home on solid CAT5e for PoE cameras and they are functioning well. The only con I found is that the connectors are not completely gold plated to the prongs (pictures show some connectors fully plated and some partially plated). Not a deal breaker considering the low price. I would not use these for critical or work applications due to incomplete gold plating.

People confuse the quality of these because the quality of their wire is poor. These are fine and work well if you have good solid copper wire. If you use crap wire, nothing is going to work well. These are fine and a good price.

At this point all of my connections have been seamless and all my cables connect and secure into the ports. So far all of my cables have been Solid copper, I will be making some CCA's soon, but I would expect those to be the same.I have ordered many RJ45 connectors, mainly because I like to have the size cable that I need, and have a collection of those that don't work properly. They include connectors that don't crimp properly which allows the wires to disconnect from the connector, to tips that don't click into the ethernet ports.

Finally got around to buying bulk cable, rj45 connectors and a crimp tool. It's part of a project I'm doing to upgrade the network, which involves running a network drop to my room as well as custom cable lengths to tidy up the areas I have devices hooked up. These work perfectly. The wire pairs are slightly offset from eachother in the connector, which took a bit of practice to get used to getting the cables in. It's much easier to do with propper copper cable as the more rigid copper is able to push into the connector easier than copper clad. Though you really don't want to use copper clad when you can avoid it anyway.Paired these with a $15 crimp tool and I was ready to go. The connectors are solidly constructed, and I haven't had any of them end up faulty after doing multiple cables. They have a strong click when they are inserted into a port, and the latch feels very sturdy and unlikely to break without being abused. Definitely recommend this for cat6 cable work

I like these. The Cat6 connectors have two rows of three openings when you push the wires in. This makes it easier and more reliable over connectors made for Cat5 and older. I much prefer these over the EZ-45 style where the wires go through the connector and then you have to use their tool to cut off the excess. I've done many hundreds of both styles and I can complete a connector end with these much quicker than the EZ-45 connectors and I don't remember the last time I did one of these that didn't work.
