This "book" was 28 pages long. It read more like a magazine article advertising a few products than a training book. It does contain a few drills and some helpful information, but I would recommend spending your ~$22 elsewhere

Bro this is a PAMPHLET not a book. I got this as a gift for my brother for Christmas and it’s like 5 pages long

Lol it basically is a copy of bird training with words replaced. Lol. Bible to book of mormon. Rip off
