Before I start I want to mention, one customer sent a video disappointed of the product saying the top bar wouldn't stay in the 90degree position, well I saw immediately she didn't turn it all the over to the correct position (the hooks were upwards in her video) - that video should be taken down as it is her fault not a product failure!)I never write reviews but this deserves it! I bought 3 different to compare. This one all the parts are metal also the clamp (besides brush holder). I like that the clamp surface is flat. For me the part the other didn't have and really added on to it was the 3rd loop hookup on the side bar (great to attach a hook directly!). I love the brush holder, I fill it with treats if I want the head to stay in that direction 😁. Surprisingly it also came with a glove as a gift (I swear has nothing to do with this review). I don't need it but it is a great gift. Overall great quality also the attachable straps!! This one had a reduction by Amazon so I got it just under 40 while the others were about 10 and 7 dollar less. I wish these products were a bit cheaper, but to me compared to the others this one was worth to pay more. You will not be disappointed with this product! Also the instructions were very well! Even on the bar a reminder how to turn it all the way into the correct position (don't know how that other customer didn't see that!). Now I hope I will do good in grooming my little dog for the first time, wish me luck 🙏🏻.

Eliminates panic, distress, struggle. Put them in this and give them a treat and they calm down immediately. They’ve clearly seen this movie before and accept that resistance is futile. Makes brushing/clipping nails etc a dream. Quality is fine for smaller dogs, mine are under 15 pounds.

This is great for little dogs but it comes loose quickly with bigger dogs and it needs to be a little bigger and sturdier.

Great product,for years I have waisted in my opinion hours of my time and I never felt comfterble leaving my dogs 🐕 all day for somthing that should be scheduled ata certain time and take o30 minutes to an hour,that was my first attempt mind you.Sure not everyone is as talented and highly coordinated as my self(🤔😳🤓) so at worse it will take you a few extra minutes.I am only serious,bust for real,I never liked leaving my pets all day for a half hour groom.never quite understood that.I cut my dogs hair and it came out great.just one use and It paid for it.Good quality.I highly recommend it,you get to groom your own pets in your own time in you own space.without this unit it would be very hard and a tad annoying,make sure you perchase a good grooming kit,Amazon has great grooming kits.most importantly A cordless & quite shaver and you will be very happy and so will your Pets. Plenty of you tube videos to guide you so do not hesitate,you will be very satisfied bud most importantly your pet’s gets to stay with you and bond with you and not left in a cage for hours just for a 30 minute groom .I heard people went to school for pet grooming and it takes several hours.nonesense,I groomed my little buddy from start to finish in less then one hour P.S if you never cut your dogs nails,there is a vein that runs through,,it’s easy once you watch a YouTube clip,only cut up to where the nail starts to curl.I hope You enjoyed my review and more importantly I explained in enough detail to make you feel confident in the purchase👍👍 way up😁

Nothing like trying to trim an under 3 pound dog who is willful as the day is long. He wants NOTHING to do with grooming, but his hair grows overnight, I swear! So I Invested FINALLY in this aid. I keep him in a puppy cut and have groomed him myself since I got him 12 years ago. He use to be easier to groom and went with the flow, but he is off the charts stubborn and will-full. Wants nothing to do with nails being done. Not happy about under the tail. Not happy about a lot of anything that's needed to be done. My husband has usually helped me but he too is not wanting anything to do with helping in our Maltese's grooming. These grumpy old men! Bah-humbug. They both don't want to invest time and energy in dog grooming. So I had to get with a new plan. So I invested in this. It arrived a little later than I hoped it would come, but it is worth it. Sturdy! Has the hoisting harness that easily goes under front arms and under back legs. It takes a bit of time to get use to him knowing he is up in the air, to stand up on his own, while he doesn't want to. But the harness wins out. Now the under-side is the problem that still requires another strong pair of hands/arms. It is amazing how strong an under 3 pound dog can be. This product helps in grooming the top half of the dog but you still have to deal with the tummy/under carriage in a whole other way. And then there is the trimming of the nails! OMG! That is still a being done with our dog being held by husband, against his chest! There is great crying/screaming by the dog when the clippers come out. They have not even touched him! He starts the howling. I have considered drugs for him! I know it sounds horrible, but being kind and patient is just unattainable. Where's Ceasar when you need him? But you may have total success and be able to achieve what we can't. With him having one less leg to stand on makes him more difficult to groom and harder for him to stand for a long period of time. If you are struggling in grooming your own dog, try this out if you can. With Covid-19, the need for dog owners to groom their own dogs is in play now. Invest in this to get you started in grooming your own dog. Invest in round ended sheers (so you don't poke your dog in the eyes especially, or around those important boy/girl spots!). I got the 6" and 8" rounded sheers. And we also invested in the hand clippers set, where the guides go onto the special scissors to trim him. He likes that better than the electric groomer which I no longer use, at all! I have been free=hand clipping him for 10 years, at least. I went on YouTube to watch dog groomers use this type of apparatus. It gave me better steps in doing it even though I had been trimming for 12 years, on my own. Now if I could only give hubby and the dog some sort of happy personality help, I would be all set!
