I’m 5’4” & weigh 125 lbs with a 36B bustline & I ordered this vest in a size Medium. It was big under the arms & I had my stepmom “take it in” to make it fit me so I could wear it & she was successful at taking it in., in multiple areas & it’s practically a completely rebuilt vest. It RUNS REALLY BIG!!! Fabric has ALOT of stretch to it. Quality is suffice & the feel is relatively soft.
