First, this comes with the flashlight, even though they say it's an additional purchase. Then, when I ordered both, This item came way later, so it was useless. When I received the flashlight, it had one with it. Testing it out on my dive, it became apparent that this is useless even though your hands are free. You can't use your hands to hold a camera since the camera blocks the light. It's a pretty silly design. I'm not sure what you're supposed to hold in this wrist strap, but it doesn't work well to hold the flashlight.
