As a high school teacher, I sometimes want to get a little louder without raising my voice and this amplifier may be what I'm looking for. It's a bit awkward and I feel like I have to crank it all the way up to notice any true volume increase, but if you know someone that has a soft voice or just needs to get over a louder room, this device may be what they need.

One of the teachers have one of this in our school. So I got this one. I love the old fashioned volume control/power switch. It is loud enough for a classroom without me having to talk loud. It is compact and light. I would recommend this to teachers and presenters. Great product.

This voice amplifier is very light weight so you barley notice you have it on. The headset is also light weight and stays in place without feeling like you have a big heavy headset on your head. The sound is decent, loud for sure, and clear enough to help cast your voice without straining. Using it for a mic while playing guitar with friends. Its acceptable. The price point is very good so that adds to the value IMO. You can spend a lot more if you want stage quality voice.

I was observing my friend's (a teacher) class for an assessment and asked her to try out this voice amplifier. When she turned it on, I was surprised. It works well in a classroom. The sound is not booming; it amplifies it enough to drown out the noise and get the children's attention. I will use one when I return to the school and deliver presentations. It saves your voice. It is an excellent idea for presentations when a mic is too much and the price is a bargain. I'm sold, and I recommend it.
