I run a moderately high traffic convenience store and we do several hundred transactions per day. It's perfect for our needs and has only "acted up" about once every two-three months, which required a manual restart.It's still well worth it because other POS in the area wanted to charge me obscene amounts (THOUSANDS of $$$) for their hardware and then another $200-$300 a month in subscription fees. This was out of the question as I only wanted a simple POS that tracked my SKU prices. I looked for an alternative and the ZHONGJI SET-04 was perfect.For one flat price, the hardware is a barcode scanner, sturdy cash register, thermal receipt printer, and a windows tablet that has software built into it for you to program your stock the way you want to. It includes a USB that you can back up all your SKU data into as well incase anything happens.Everything is customizable to your needs and if you need any help at all, their after sales lifetime customer support is top-notch. I can't stress this enough. Despite being located in a different timezone, they have answered all of my questions diligently and efficiently. They've even helped me replace some of my hardware after the warranty expired. Truthfully, they have one of the best customer service I've experienced and I would recommend them to any small business.

Amazing customer service, well build machine, responsive touchscreen. It was compatible with open source POS softwares as well. They even reimbursed the customs fee I paid. Supper happy.

Very happy with this product overallAs a small business owner, personally I not only loved the product but would recommend it for other business owners looking for a POS System. In fact I had bought two systems myself already after being satisfied with the first purchase. It is an highly efficient system, with fast delivery and easy accessibility to all technical users. Not only that but it comes with free shipping and they had refunded me import taxes and UPS broker fees charge fully for free. Overall I can say I’m more than happy I purchased this product and think other customers would be satisfied with this product as well.

I really love the register. Thanks also for supplying a larger screen. It worked out great. The register does everything I need and more. It is extremely user friendly. The cheat sheet was on point and we were able to get things going really fast. I have gotten all my questions answered through customer service very quickly and all my concerns/issues were resolved.
