At home serviceability for your shock rather than having to go to a shop to check or correct your pressure. Standard pumps let off to much pressure when disconnecting the valve leaking the majority of the pressure you just added. This one slows you to disengage the mechanism before removing the valve keeping everything you just added where it belongs. Feels sturdy but does take several pumps do to its compact size.
