I like that this shoe organizer has a dust cover! I’m not as happy that the shoes are stored vertically. I see that in some of the images they show flat sneakers. Some people might be okay with storing sneakers on their toes or heels. Sneaker fans maybe not so much. I disagree with the ad that suggests storing pointed high heeled shoes on the toe or heel. I can see storing my slippers, flip flops, sandals, Crocs or flat and casual tennis shoes in this organizer. I like the idea of this for a dorm and for those who have pets that play with or chew on their shoes. I like it for us because we live in a part of the country where dangerous spiders exist. If you didn’t know, spiders have been known to snuggle up in shoes for warmth and shelter. So, we have been taught to shake or gently kick our shoes before putting our foot into it. So, this is a blessing for me to be able to protect the shoes from pests and dust. Some of us may like trapping our man’s odorous shoes in this organizer with a small jar of baking soda.More features I like: I like that the cover allows me to see inside without opening. I’m not wild about the use of plastic but.. I like that the organizer is adjustable. The short boards are quite flexible and can give a little more room to shoes that need it when placed near some that require less space. That flexibility is a double edged sword though. It can be a negative that the boards are so lightweight. They are not rigid! I can place shoes flat if I want. I like the riveted handles on all sides. I like the mesh pockets on the front. I can see supplies like shoe horns, shoe laces or a cloth to wipe the shoes off before they go in the storage box or before they go on your feet. I like that there is a slot so that you can label the contents if needed. I think the material can be wiped clean if it is lightly soiled. Soiling is a reason that I appreciate that it comes in darker colors. I think this is a fair price since you don’t have to store shoes in it.I like that the instruction sheet is full size and that the instructions are written in a reasonable font size. One extra tip: Place the base in with the pull tab facing up. I also like that this organizer can be used for other storage options. I also like that it can be collapsed until needed and stored relatively flat. It’ll be a few inches thick if it is stacked similarly to how it arrived.

This has tons of storage and is perfect to store those out of season shoes in the awkward back corner of your closet. I appreciate the clear zipper top so it keeps dust out but you can still easily see in. It is nice quality but not something I would necessarily stack anything on top of (maybe besides blankets or another one of these organizers). It is a nice color that matches the other beige cubbies in my closet. Great organization piece.
