They say not for boots but that's where mine went.They went inside the boot no problem, they work easily and did there job.They don't feel like they are the best quilt item out there.I actually prefer the wood ones.Well they do their job so that's that.I would RECOMMEND

Perfect fit for a pair of shoes that weren't comfortable anymore. I like the way they were easy to insert and the versatility of the amount of stretch they provided. I didn't need a lot and needed more on the left shoe than the right. These worked out great for me.

These definitely work, but really could have used some instructions as I've need used a shoes stretcher before. I like that it has a storage bag to store all the pieces. I had a pair of shoes that were really narrow in the toe box and now fit perfectly.
