I live in the tropical climate of South Florida, and am always hot and sweaty. Therefore, I keep my AC set on Igloo mode, which means that, in the mornings, that first step, onto the freezing tile floor, can give you quite a jolt. Therefore, I use various types of foot covering to keep my naked feet from touching floor. This includes different slippers, slides, beach shoes, and slip-ons. I thought I would get something to wash them in, so they wouldn't fall apart in the washer. So, when I got the chance to get these shoe washing bags, I wasted no time. They came in a set of two, and are very simple to use. I place the shoes in the bag, zip it up, and put them in the machine. I use the delicate cycle and, usually, let the shoes air dry. The bags are made of chenille microfiber, and are durable enough to continuously use in both the washer and the dryer.

These large shoe washing bags are a great option when your sneakers get too dirty. You just toss your shoes into the bags, throw the bag into the washing machine, and your shoes will come out cleaner and brighter. The bags are thick and durable, and while I can't truly know what's happening inside the bag during a wash cycle, I imagine the soft scrubby bristles that line the inside of the bag help with the cleaning process. I've always washed sneakers in mesh bags in the washer, but these bags are a great upgrade!

I've washed a pair of sneakers and a pair of thin water shoes in these so far. So far I'm pretty impressed! I put one sneaker per bag, and threw both bags in the washer with a few other things. Later I put both water shoes in one bag. In both experiments the shoes all came out very clean. I might have to go back and wipe down the sides of the sole with a magic eraser to get it all the way back to white, but the shoes themselves are spotless. I especially appreciate that the dirtiness of the shoes is contained to the inside of the bag instead of all over everything in the wash. They also dampen the sound of the shoes banging around in the machine. I hang the bags to dry, and they dry pretty quickly. I only wish I'd tried these sooner!

The quality is not good. The zipper is not very durable and fell apart after not using it a few times. Very disappointed!

These work well for washing shoes or other small items that you don't want to get lost. Seems pretty durable. The shoes still clank in the dryer but it's better than loose shoes flying around and if you add it with towels and such the clanking is much less.

This product probably is good for additional support but not for main one and done process. I have a top load wash but due to the buoyancy, it ends up at the top so it didn’t get a lot of mechanical scrubbing in the wash. This is definitely suited better for a front load washer where it gets thrown around up and down for about an hour. The bristles are very soft and delicate, so they won’t Remove any set or stains. I had to scrub my shoes in the second wash with zote soap and a brush because it didn’t really do much in the first wash. It recommended it but not as a throw it in and expect a miracle. If its light soil or just want to wash for maintenance to remove odor or sweat its fine but not for physical stains. Zipper stays closed and this didnt unbalance my top load washer. Id recommend but only if you do some physical pre treatment or keep up maintenance. Might even work well with delicates like lingerie, mesh , bras or other gentle garments!

Comes in a two pack and just works. It's durable and large and a good value for the money. Caveat, I purchased another of these from a different brand a few months back and it too seemed to be durable, but it tore after a little while. I hesitate to tell you that I know for a fact that it's durable because this too might not hold up, but it would have been easy enough to repair the other. These are fairly inexpensive, they do the job and being able to clean your sneakers makes it a worthwhile purchase even if they do need to be repaired or replaced so I do recommend this product.

I can’t believe I waited this long to try a shoe washing bag! This little gem works absolute wonders. I tossed my stinky sneakers into the washer using the bag, and not only did they come out looking brand new, but they smelled fresh and clean—no more lingering odor. The bag kept the shoes protected during the wash, and it prevented them from banging around or getting damaged. It’s sturdy, easy to use, and dries quickly after the wash. If you’ve got smelly shoes and a washing machine, this bag is a must-have! Highly recommended.
