If you run or workout daily, you will notice your shoes start to smell! Instead of having to put wood inserts, these Athletix ShoeFresh inserts work well. The pack comes with 2 pairs, so you can use for running shoes and gym shoes, or just save an extra pair for later. These help to reduce the odor in my shoe between workouts and even absorbs some sweat/moisture from the workout. Works well and keeps the house smelling better!

I really like this product.1) It works. My feet absolutely reek when I wear waterproof shoes because my feet can't sweat and the funk just gets trapped in my shoes. These inserts work really well at removing all of the odors from my nasty shoes.2) The product is well designed. So not only does it work, but they've thought through the entire lifecycle of the product, giving us a way to "recharge" the inserts in the sun and giving us something that won't end up in a landfill at the end of it's lifecycle because it's recyclable.3) Packaging/display is well done.I would 100% purchase these again. I admit it, I have smelly feet. I have powders, I have medicated, I have insoles. All fine and dandy but some less effective than what I (and those that are anywhere near my shoes when I take them off) would want. These are great.I put these in my sneakers or shoes and the next day it's like my feet weren't even in them. Any smell is noticeably gone. I have only been using these a could of weeks so I don't think I'm at the refresh in sunlight mode but will update when I do.

This works fantastic for work boots. While hubby does not workout, having to work many hours in construction a day unleashes all kinds of stinky-ness that only a mother could love. It was a battle of "leave the boots OUTSIDE! " and check in the morning to make sure no creepy crawlies got in even though they would have been dead if they got into the boots. When I first opened the package it seemed the package was "wet" inside. I believe this works by being activated from the heat of the shoes after a workout so this was perfect for those boots. I love that it brings two pairs. I am using one on hubbies boots and have heat sealed the pack containing the other two for when this one runs out. It works very very well! It says it has a pretty lengthy use time but for the stinky'ness we have going on I'll probably have to change it sooner. IM very pleased with this product.

I placed theses in my sons soccer cleats and wrapped inside his shin guards. Definitely reduces the odor coming off of the soccer equipment.

This is easy to use, but it won't solve your problem overnight at least in my case. But, after a time, I've definitely noticed that my shoes are less and less funky than they used to be. It, also, couldn't be easier to use because you just stick it in each shoe and leave it overnight or until the next use.8/10 I would recommend it. I hope this review is helpful.
