When I go to the gun range, I don't really want to rent their equipment. I would prefer to have my own, which is why I invested in this set. I got this set from Amazon because it was an all in one deal and had everything I thought I would need. I am a beginner to this kind of stuff, but I felt that this was a great starter kit for me.The earmuffs are adjustable, and the fit was pretty comfortable. I preferred the earmuffs over the esr plugs. They did do a decent job at minimizing the sound, but it could've been better, IMO. The glasses were a great fit. The tint is good and shielding you from the sun, but it doesn't obscure your sight at the same time. As a newbie in this field, I feel this was a great starter kit for me.

Nothing fancy about this set, but it is nice, complete, and functional. If you don't already have ear and eye protection for the gun range or yard/home work that requires protection - this is a nice all-in-one kit that includes everything you need with a nice and compact carry case. Includes clear and tinted glasses so you can use it with any light condition. Earmuffs and glasses are comfortable enough to wear for several hours, no issues for me. For the range I would certainly recommend electronic earmuffs for better situational awareness, but this is a good starter set or a spare set to have in your range bag when you go with a buddy and need something for your guest.

I ordered this gun range hearing and eye protection set primarily because the hearing protection seemed very good. Depending on where you look in the listing, it’s either a NRR of 30dB or 34dB. Even 30dB is better than many you can find on Amazon. It also comes with soft earplugs which is an additional hearing protection. The hard storage case was also desired, and I was expecting these to fit me as it states “One Size Fits All”The good: The earmuffs do seem to be as good or better in muffling sounds than the ones I’ve rented in the past. I have only done a little shooting at a range and have previously rented all of my equipment. These do a good job reducing the sound of the 1911 to a very tolerable level. The hard sided storage case safely holds the earmuffs and a couple of safety glasses. Very happy with that too.The not so good: I wouldn’t say that these earmuffs really fit me properly. I do have a large head, hat size 7 5/8. I can not put the top head band on the top of my head where it would normally sit. I need to rotate it back a bit so it’s not on my head. It stays in place due to the tight squeeze on my head, and does cover my ears completely. I can also wear them upside down with the head band under my chin. It just barely fits that way, but really isn’t comfortable. There’s no way this fits if I’m wearing a cap. I really was expecting these to be larger.There were also no ear plugs included. Not really horrible as they’re inexpensive and a disposable item, but still. The listing mentioned they were include and they weren’t.The two safety glasses are adequate, although slightly smaller than some other safety glasses I own.If the ear plugs were included and if it fit me properly, I would have given this a five start review. The hearing protection is good, the main feature I was looking for. If you have an average or smaller than average sized head I could wholeheartedly recommend this set. But, if your head is larger than most then you should probably look elsewhere to find a comfortable set that would work properly for you.

Overall, I’m pretty happy with this. It works as expected and gets the job done without any major issues. The quality feels solid, and it seems like it will hold up over time. There were a couple of minor quirks or areas where it could be improved, but nothing that would make me regret the purchase. For the price, it’s definitely a good value, and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for something like this.
