I got this cleat because it folds but I usually don’t even fold it up it does hold my boat next to the dock so I can’t complain

Before I bought this product I ask if the mounting hardware was included and I was answered YES ! Well it arrived and no mounting hardware. I don’t like being lied to .

I puchased this product to use on a kayak due to it being light weight. I purchased two, one for each side of the kayak. For the price of $15 for two they were well worth the experiment. They are kinda flimsy but for a 50lb kayak they work.The reason I gave them three stars is they are flimsy and the 150% increase in price.Which is why my next two will be stainless.
