These pads do the trick of increasing shoulder height or width. That is an advantage over cloth shoulder pads that are snapped or sewn into garments and made to fit the garment. These are adaptable to your body and can be worn lengthwise or crosswise. They are soft to the touch, but firm in their shape. The sticky side is very sticky. If this is what you're looking for, I think you will be satisfied. Personally, I prefer shoulder pads to be snapped into my garments.

Humidity and heat can sometimes cause my skin to get extremely sensitive to the rubbing of straps and belts. I have used tape and gel materials to minimize this effect. These silicone shoulder pads work much better. The material is thin enough to be not noticeable to myself or others.

Love the way these look but they slide off me from perspiration. I waited till the weather broke but the shoulder pads were making me sweat.

You can only wear these a couple of times then the sticky stuff wears off. Do not buy
