The non stick works well. No need for oils or anything. Easy to attach handle. Just a heads up, do not turn the screws too tight. Just a little too much pressure and a piece of the plastic handle could break off. Which is what happened to me, but my fault. It didn't effect anything thankfully. I would purchase this again.
