This is the third time I’ve had to order this device in less than 2 years. I shouldn’t have to purchase this, this often. The electrical covering at the point where the cord enters the box always becomes exposed, and this causes my mic to cut on and off during performances.

It was hard to find a plug for an older shure mic, but this one worked great and brought new life to an old mic that still works great

I think this is worth 4 stars since it does what is expected. However, the overall quality of it isn't that great as it will eventually fray and wear out over time. If you're buying one, you might as well buy 2 because you'll be replacing it again soon if it gets heavy use.

Product know to us before ordering again. I ordered as a backup because we use our Shure equipment daily and professionally and cannot afford any down time. Shure is the best in our opinion. Would do business with this seller again.
