Anatomical girths are a MUST. This is a perfect balance of technology and economics. You could buy a similar girth for $300-600 but why? The tech and fit is the same. It’s not terribly padded but I use this on an 18h Belgian for lessons and he’s never had a rub. And it’s WIDE!!! Which means it’s distributing force and pressure over a greater area reducing sternum and pectoral soreness!

I didn’t expect real leather based off the price but I also didn’t expect trash. The buckle guard part of the girth is some kind of super cheap hard vinyl or plastic that looks/feels like it will cut into my horse if I attempt to use it. Immediately returned.
