Siemens plug in circuit breakers are intended for use in Siemens EQ, Siemens Ultimate, ITE, and Gould load centers or meter combinations. The double pole Siemens breakers may be used in single or 3-phase load centers and are 240V rated. To ensure the warranty on a Siemens panel is not voided, the use of Siemens breakers is required. The QN2200 is intended for use in applications in which the breaker is mounted vertically, common in some meter main combination panels.

Siemens bought out Murray who bought out Crouse Hinds Breaker panel.This fit my 34-year-old Crouse Hinds LC240PC model 16 200 amp Main breaker.Murray subbed to MD2200 MD-A and Siemans subs to this Siemens QN2200 200-Amp, note the descriptions says 4 pole it is not it is a 2 pole 200 amp main.* I did not guess at this I called Siemens support line, and they gave me the sub part number QN2200.

Not sure why but the dead front cover cut out was off by about 1/2". Looked bad but made it work.
