How to Descale Your Coffee Maker
Step 1. Descale Light On: When the descale light turns red, it's time to clean your coffee maker.
Step 2. Add Descaling Solution: Pour 12 oz of descaling solution into the water reservoir.
Step 3. Start Descaling: Press and hold the button for 2 seconds to begin the descaling process.
Step 4. Rinse and Brew: Once descaling is done, fill the reservoir with water to the max line and press the brew button. Repeat this step twice to thoroughly rinse the reservoir and inner tubes.

Slow but but does produce a good.hot cup of coffee! The fact that it does use standard pods is a plus! I did have to decalcify before the first use which was surprising!

Tried 2 keurigs within 6 weeks and both stopped working. Support said they were both defective. I was very upset since I finally decided to get a single serve coffee maker. I decided to order this one and it is so great!! Easy to use, coffee is great. East to clean! Fits nicely on my counter. Cute and compact. And its still working after months! Couldn't be happier. Thank you for such a wonderful product. Oh it was very nicely packed too. I am sharing your product with everyone.

I had a much larger K brand coffee maker and it was a great machine but took up so much counter space! So we opted for something small and this machine fits the bill. It's nothing special and the functions are simple. A powered/on/off single button, that's it. It takes about 12 oz of water and comes with 2 reusable coffee filter cups. One with a lid and the other without. The one without a lid would be used to hold a K cup.When I'm making a big mug of coffee, like the Stanley size, I run it 3 times and it's about right. Works for my needs and takes up almost no space. Very happy with this coffee maker.

I had gone through 4 popular Kpod coffee makers in the past 7 years and for the price, I was not happy. I gave up on the popular brand and purchased this one. It is a mini so great for small spaces and so easy to use. Have used both the Kpod holder and the holder for ground coffee and both worked great. Makes the coffee in a very short time period, which I love, Had to wait a few minutes for the old brand to start filling the cup and also leaked from the top which was also a bad design. Would suggest this brand so far.

Since my wife cut down on her coffee consumption, I can't justify brewing even half a pot of coffee in our drip coffee maker so I've been looking for an economical single-serve machine. We've had full size Tassimo and Keurig machines in the past and although I prefer Tassimo coffee, the K Cups are more affordable so I got this little machine from SiFene that can brew K Cups but also has a basket for regular ground coffee.It heats up faster than our previous Keurig coffee maker and is compact enough that I can tuck it away in the cabinet with the K Cups and other coffee supplies. The only issue I had was that it required 10-12 brewing cycles with water plus a descaling cycle with cleaner to get rid of the plastic taste. After the initial cleaning cycles, it went into a fault mode but I reset it and it's been working fine ever since. I now use it regularly to brew K Cups and they taste great. If you put in the effort for the initial cleaning, it brews a good, single cup of coffee fast, 4/5.

The Sifene Single cup coffee maker is perfect. It’s small in size so it’s not taking up premium counterspace. The coffee is absolutely delicious. We have a bigger coffee maker (actually huge in size) that we store to use when we have guests over but that is only a handful of times a year. Having a monster size coffee maker taking up counter space on a daily basis is unnecessary.
