Good entry level pellet rifle. Easy to setup and use. A little heavy and awkward to shoot, slightly overpriced. But good overall

After reading several reviews on different pellet guns, I decided to go with Sig since they are well known for their firearms. After unboxing it, I noticed that there were no instructions in the box for the weapon, only the scope. The instructions for the scope does not tell you which is forward facing or rear. After hopefully figuring it all out and mounting the scope, hopefully in the right direction after searching many Youtube videos, I soon found out that the "Left" arrow on the left and right windage on the scope does not mean left, it actually moves the point of impact to the right. The same with the elevation knob, you have to move it in the opposite of what it says on the knob. Once I figured it all out, it was time for fun. The weapon seems a bit heavy when trying to shoot from a standing position. It should come with a sling to help support some of the weight when standing. I have fired over 300 + pellets on a single CO2 cardrig and still able to shoot at least 30yrds with weapon. For the price, I think it is a good weapon to use to get down the fundamentals on weaponry without someone being in any real danger. Great for backyard target practice and family competition . Not sure what impact it will have on rodents, have not had the opportunity to do so as of yet.

I purchased this pellet rifle to control the unhealthy squirrel population on my property. This rifle shoots very accurate in close range (less than 20 feet) but lacks the power to go long distance. The scope is one of the best, easy to zero in, however the last squirrel that I tried to shoot at less than 50 feet jumped and seemed to laugh at me. Not a good value for one of the highest prices.

My intent with this gun from the start was to convert it to HPA. That being said I did shoot it with CO2 while I waited for my HPA parts to come in. With CO2 I measure muzzle velocity at 480 - 500 fps using a 7.9 grain hollow point pellet readily available at walmart. That is pretty close to the advertised 545 fps from the spec chart on the sig sight so I am happy with that. After a little time sighting it in at 10 yards it shot very accurately, I bought this with the intent to kill rats on my farm with it and for that 10 yards is more than adequate a distance to be accurate at. From what I've seen 10 yards is the standard distance for measuring the accuracy of an air rifle. The scope that comes in this particular package is more than adequate, I am using a better scope now but thats only because I had one laying around. While the stock is plastic it still feels sturdy and the rest of the gun is very solid, its got a heavy real gun feel to it so if thats what you're after I dont think you'll be disappointed. So far I've put about 1000 pellets through it and not had a single issue. The magazine that comes with the gun only has one belt, when you buy extra mags they come with 3 belts. Do that up front, I promise you 30 rounds goes by fast and this gun is perfectly happy to toss them down range as fast as you can pull the trigger. Shooting on CO2 I was able to get about 200 shots from a 90 gram cylinder which from what I read is typical. Air venturi makes an HPA kit for these guns, if you plan to do a lot of shooting seriously look into HPA. My conversion is not with the air venturi kit, I added a remote line and 48ci tank modifying the existing stock myself to accommodate the remote. Performance on HPA has been exceptional.

Made to simulate the real thing yet cost much less when you want to just do some shooting. The belt feed 30 round clips are really nice. no more shot and reload after every shot. I got some extra clips from Sig Sauer website. Each clip come with 3 belts. You will want extra clips you only get the one with this air rifle. With special pellets you get really great effects like mushrooming hollow points. The list just goes on and on just like real ammo if we made ammo do it you can bet someone made a pellet that can to it too just smaller. I get many hours from this . I hope you can Enjoy it too.

Been reading the reviews here and I am confused. For me this rifle is 5 stars. It has a great feel, it has been shooting flawlessly and with punch (listen if you want some more power out of this rifle make sure you use Gamo PBA Platinum Pellets - you get almost another 200 fps with them - they are not cheap - but I have NOT had one misfire or jam - just make sure you seat the pellets correctly in the magazine strip). After sighting it in, I am shooting tight groupings. Its just plain fun as heck!
