Arrived defective. If set to any voltage higher than 3, over about 30 seconds it would creep up from about 2V to about 3.9V at which point a relay would click and it would return to about 3V. It would repeat this process ad infinitum. The actual output Voltage (as checked with a multimeter) agreed with the output reading on the actual PSU. Putting it under load made no difference.Yes, the input voltage selectors were set correctly. (Not that I'm sure if that would cause that type of behavior -- I doubt it -- but I figured I'd mention that.)Returned to Amazon.
