Have not yet installed, but the totally rusted bolts really are absurd, as others have noted. Impossible to use. Must replace that hardware.

Screws that came with it were short and rusty. The company sent an entire new unit when asked for screws, but it was identical, including the rusty screws. Bought my own and didn’t bother contacting the vendor again. This item met my exact needs, but is not a very nice door knocker at all.

Came with rusty screws. Returned for a replacement. Still received one with rusted screws. Just had to get my own screws afterward. Easy to install though.
