This is a beautiful tub and it retains the heat of the water well. It’s also comfortable and the perfect size for a 5 ‘ 6” tall person. Had a problem with delivery and an issue with the tub. Their customer service responded right away and made everything right! This is a very helpful seller. Customer satisfaction matters to them
