This wheel isn’t silent but quiet enough. It’s easy to clean and my hamster loves it. I did have to purchase another wheel after a few months as it stopped spinning properly.

Overall this wheel isn’t horrible, it seems like it’s a big wheel but it all depends on your hamsters size and age. My Syrian, two year old hamster arches her back while running on this. It’s an easy install and the reason why I give it three stars is because the sturdiness is not good and it’s wobbly. It is not a 0 noise level meanwhile I can hear when she’s running. It’s not worth the money

The details for this item state that the mount is a floor mount. As a totally blind shopper all I have to go on are the written details of these products. So when I received this wheel I was extremely disappointed to discover that this needs to be mounted on the side of a cage. The habitat that I have for my hamster doesn't have any way to mount things so this wheel is useless for me. If you need a wheel that is free-standing, this is definitely not what you want.

Bought this wheel because her new enclosure didn't come with one, and she out grew her old one. I needed one that I could attach through the square wire sides of the enclosure. Thus one worked PERFECTLY! She is in this wheel constantly and it's so quiet!!! I love it just as much as she does!

She loves her wheel and uses it every night for hours but I can never tell because it is so quiet! It’s the perfect size which prevents her from arching her back and possibly hurting herself. It had good grip and easy to clean and install. It’s pretty wide which prevents her from spinning too fast and being thrown off the wheel. Worth it!
