Upon checking the box for all the parts, The adapters for the pen setting were missing. I would like to know how to get these sent to me. They are listed as something that comes in the set. The machine is imperfect condition just missing some of the parts

Easy to use and assemble. The functionality of being able to cut larger images is very useful and easy.It does make more noise while cutting compared to the cricut but totally worth it.

This machine is not meant for heat transfer vinyl cutting without the matt or the machine is broken. The rollers do not hold the vinyl in place when cutting and the vinyl becomes wavy and doesn't cut right. I wasted so much vinyl because I kept thinking I was feeding it wrong. Not fixable in my experieance.That is only 1 problem - other problems is bluetooth connection, i had to get a bluetooth adapter to replace the one that came with the machine - mind boggling with suchan expensive machine i had to do that. Another issue is that my auto blade always went to setting 2 - I realized the issue was when I changed a setting I had to save it before cutting. More an annoyance but I wasted a lot of vinyl trying to figure that one out.Item was returned. Very dissapointed.

I have the Cameo 3, I did purchase the Camero 4 Pro because I think to do more big cuts and things, my first cut was very good, no problems, in adhesive vinyl. Looks good.
