Can be cut to fit my 32 inch Black Stone. Keeps the griddle surface clean and dry. I haven’t had any problems with rust since the mat protects the surface from moisture.

This grill mat works really well, but I have considerable trouble cleaning it. If you don't grill for a while, the grease seeps through to the other side, I presume through some sort of chemistry of being outside. The slime is so sticky, that even goo be gone won't get rid of it. I used scalding hot water, Dawn soap, and Goo be gone, and I had to roll it up and throw it away. I keep my grill extremely clean, and this was still a problem for me. I suppose over time it breaks down, but the idea of that slime being on my grill? Can't do it.

If you own a blackstone griddle and store it out side or in a garage, this item is not an option; it’s necessary. It keeps rodents (many of you know what I’m talking about), bugs, and dirt off the cooking surface so the griddle is always ready to use.
