These are not Tommee Tippee Natural Start nipples. I don't even know if they are medium flow- there is no #2 on them. The baby has trouble getting formula out of this nipple. They had debris stuck to them...yuck. I washed twice in the d/w and sterilized twice. Then washed again by hand and re-sterilized. Something seems wrong about the silicone nipple...not nearly the quality of any other nipples that we have. I'll be returning them.
