Unreliable. Worked well for about 10 months then stopped heating or cooling

I never had one of these before but we got our daughter a tiny home build and this is the greatest thing ever. It has heat and air. the space is about 250-300 sq ft so it doesnt need ot be on long and it really doesnt make my electric bill go up a significant amount.

UpdateIt has been over a year now, still cannot get the freon, can't find the correct pipe, tubing ect..You would think after my first review that someone would have replied. Also customer service for the manufacture offers no assistance. They obviously don't know where or how to find the parts for the products they sell either. They litraly told me that that was not what they were there for.Uhhhhhh okWhen this was purchased it did not come with enough of what is needed. And the freon used had not yet been released in our stat. It is still sitting and waiting.

This product was easy to install and worked great for a few times but then stopped blowing cold. We were super disappointed but I will have to say the customer service was really good. With a few back and forth messages we were able to solve the problem and have a hvac guy come out and fix a leak and recharge the unit and the company reimbursed us the cost dpr that. Now the unit is running great and we have no complaints.

Installed this in my custom build cabin. Really impressed how it operates. Install was super easy took me literally 2-3 hours start to finish with the electrical.Tested it,heats extremely good and cools also very good. Recommend this product for the price.

Purchased the unit, had the unit installed, and it does not cool. I don’t know if the unit was not properly charged before sending out or what. It says the unit take R32 Freon which we can’t find anywhere as that’s not what Hvac companies use in the US as it’s flammable. Sent seller a message, waiting to hear something.

Very nice ac split system system , tobreplace existing one that had failed.Easy to install, all materials needed were included.Install in a day snd works great. Instructions were helpful.
