The rack is good, works perfect for what I need it for. Don't hang everything on one side because it will tip over. I use mine as a clothes hanger for the cloths I don't put in the dryer, including levi's and haven't had issues with the quality. However, the hangers are horrible, the hook part screws into the plastic hanger. After a few uses the hole the hook screws into wears out and the hanger can't be used anymore.

First of all, kudos (to the manufacturer) for the smart instruction sheet, as it outlined assembly with precision. Easy to read and assemble. I am a retired senior citizen and, I had no trouble at all. Whoever designed this rack was very clever and artistic. I live in an older home with insufficient, narrow closets; so, I put this one in my basement for the overflow. It is beautiful, with shiny chrome, easy to fit the parts, looks aesthetic, easy to manouevre (strong wheels), and a superb design - most of all - it holds lots of clothing. Win Win. Highly recommend!!!

I was unsure about purchasing this due to some of the bad reviews, and I am so happy I ignored them because this has been a fabulous product. Previously, when I moved I bought the wardrobe boxes from the moving companies which had been a waste of money each time. I decided to buy 2 of these since I would be living in a hotel for a short time until my apartment was ready and would need something to sturdy enough to hold enough of my clothes to get me by. One, I left in my storage unit jammed pack full of my clothes..And I literally mean jammed packed, even using the extensions on the bars. I took the other with me, which it too was over-loaded. I assembled them myself without any problems whatsoever and the movers rolled them onto the moving truck without a bit of trouble. When arriving to my hotel, I thought for sure it would be impossible to roll the one I had into the doorway of my room.... Well, I was wrong. The only problem I had was having to remove my suitcases, cooler, a few moving boxes, even my printer I brought along from the bottom rails in order to get it through the door..... Yes, I had all that weight added to it as well. Most women do not travel lightly, so you can imagine the access amount I brought along. I would recommend this to anyone and everyone who is looking for a sturdy and reliable clothing rack for such an incredible price. I am now in my apartment where I do not necessarily need to use them. Just as I had no issues with assembling them, I had none while disassembling them either. I was able to place them underneath my bed with ease, while still leaving enough room for my under the bed shoe storage bag with room to spare. Best of all, I have the option to use them again, being the "walk-in" closets are not so spacious.
