I love these pens. Not only do I use them for sewing I also use them to sketch when I paint on fabric.

It's a great product to have with the rest of your sewing notions. It's easy to apply and easy to disappear when needed. I really like the fine-tipped one. You can get very subtle lines. If you do a lot of sewing or quilting, you should probably buy some extra packs since they're so well-priced.

I have always used chalk pencils for making my fabric. It's such a pain because I have to push so hard to be able to see it, then it never really washes out. I wanted to try something new. These blue markers looked like a great idea, but I wasn't sure if it would wash out either. It draws on easily, like using a sharpie. Then it rinses out clean. I'll be using these am the time now!

These fabric markers work great. I appreciate the inclusion of fine and medium tips. I tested the water solubility, and it works as advertised.

My wife sews quilts and is always washing off faint pencil markings off of her fabrics. I knew there had to be a better and easier way of marking. Now enter the Simplicity Marking Pens and the pencils exit the sewing room! The pen caps are easy to remove and have both a thin and thicker side pen tip on either end. The ink dries quickly and easily washes right out once she puts the final quilt in the laundry for the last time. She is so much happier that she doesn't have to use pencils to mark her fabric and can now use these marking pens!

If you enjoy embroidery, this marking pen will be a great help. It works well on fabric, and I love that it has dual tips, so I don’t need to use two separate pens. I usually embroider small designs like flowers or animals, and the fine tip works perfectly for that. My only wish is that one of the pens came in a different color, like white or pink, to use on darker fabrics. Other than that, I have no complaints.

They work reasonably well, but it was a little bit of a learning curve. Of course, I expected them to work similarly to tailors chalk, disappearing when ironed, but after ironing once and not seeing any disappearing I read the package instructions and realized it dissapears with water... preferably BEFORE adding heat. Luckily, it still managed to come out in my test area, though I don't know that will be true for every fabric.I don't see being able to use these for a long time though. The markers were a little dry in comparison to chalk's continuous lines. I think I'll probably just continue to use wax chalk unless there is a specific need for something only a marker could handle.

These markers work really well and have both fine and super fine tips for shading and more fine detail. As long as the fabric is not dry-clean only (or hand-wash only in some cases), which is not likely going to be a fabric anyone wants to embroider anyways, the ink rinses out completely.
