Had some damage on metal…scratches. I repaired but some people may not be able to. I like it enough to keep it rather than deal with the hassle of returning. It’s nice for the price and it is exactly what I was looking for. Sturdy, dark real wood and the brass hardware.

Arrived very scratched. Packing needs to be rethought. I had to repaint the metal frames as I just didn't have time to wait for replacement. Wood is not as pictured. Very pale blond and not as much variation in color. Overall they are just ok.

This table is very good value and super sturdy. The wood is real but not a solid piece, rather strips but what do expect for this price.

The wood itself is real wood, quality. But the metal frames comes pre-attached to some of the wood pieces; however, the many of the screws that were used are stripped and sharp stripped parts can be dangerous.I put it together and didn't want to return the whole thing, but the manufacturer told me that's the only way. I just decided to keep it and buy a metal filer and file the sharp edges myself.Overall, it's okay, nothing to write home about.===UpdateBought another one because it was on sale and since we kept the one from before, we ordered another one to make the whole thing larger (we have a big living area).The box literally came all busted up. Peeked inside, thought everything was okay. About a month later, put it together and found that the side metals were all scraped up. Didn't have the wherewithal to pack it and return it. Just put the scratched metal to the side where it's not at first visible.Oh also, this one seems like the top is not lacquered. No sheen whatsoever unlike the first one we bought.Their quality department needs some serious wake up call!

J'ai fait une demande de retour ou de remplacement car une des planches du dessus de table s'est "décollée". Il s'agit de planches "laminées", donc collées ensemble mais l'une d'elle étant décollée, une ouverture s'est formée entre deux planches : défaut de fabrication ! Toutefois le vendeur a décliné ma demande et je suis incapable de retourner l'article. J'aurais voulu que le vendeur le remplace ou qu'on me rembourse.

This is a beautiful table. The wood is lovely. The legs had a few scratches, as with many other reviews, not worth sending back just to get another one with same issue. The reason I gave 5 stars, is because of everything else about the table. Sturdy, easy to put together, and beautiful.It’s so common to get damaged goods these days, especially furniture, unfortunately. You can tell it is pre-shipping issue. So I weigh my options when getting a new item whether it is worth going through getting another one that could be worse. We just moved, so we have ordered a lot of things. Almost nothing comes undamaged anymore??? This was a small issue on this item.

I purchased two of these (along with matching coffee table) for the living room. They look great and truly are built like tanks. Pretty darned heavy. They aren't going anywhere! A friend was over last night and complimented me on them without me even mentioning them first.I did have a problem aligning the legs on one of them. Here's a tip: If you find yourself having difficulty getting the legs to go into their sockets, just use a Phillips screwdriver to loosen the pre-installed screws on the leg just enough so that you can move them into alignment. Once you have done that you can tighten them again. No big deal at all. I can pretty much guarantee you'll be happy with your purchase.

These tables are very sturdy. I purchased two for my living room and they look great . My only con would be the first one arrived very messed up . Wood wasn’t stained entirely and the legs were dented and had no powder-coating on parts . Easy fix though , I called Amazon they shipped another one and I had them pick up the damaged one. Just a note to all the ladies out there this is a heavy item and a large box . I had to push it in my house then take all the pieces out one at a time . The bottom knobs on the feet of the table are adjustable just in case your couch arms are a little high or half on rug half off situation. Hope this info helps .
