Received opened up, every thing looked amazing, installed no leaks, come to find out a day later noticed a puddle under cabinet the connection in the sink head leaking internally, already tossed out box the trouble shooting guide not helpful, if it would not of been leaking, the finish and design is amazing!

Very satisfied. Good looking faucet.Some things to consider:I upgraded old faucets in a bathroom. The existing sink was somewhat shallow.After installing the new faucet. I noticed they only have water flow projects outward. Meaning the water flows towards you and splashes. I have to turn down the water pressure under the sink to avoid the splashing.The black finish scratches very easily. Be careful when handling it while installing.Overall, looks great and functions well.

I'm a plumber and this was one of the nicer faucets I've seen in a while well worth the price as the drain is pretty much all one piece with silicone gaskets no plumbers putty or thread sealants or Teflon tape needed. I can't recommend enough

Received the product with tarnished handle. Had to pay to send back the substandard product. Unfortunate as the tap was beautiful. I did order another as we had kept the second one for dual sinks. That tap also had substandard work on the opening of the tap. We decided to keep it as is as we needed to get the sinks installed with taps and we had already waited enough on getting the second tap.

I AM ONLY GIVEN IT THREE STARS NOT THAT IT IS BAD AS SAY BUT FOR ME IT DID NOT WORK THE WAY IT SHOULD HAVE. YOU SEE I HAVE A SMALL VANITY SINK AND THIS FAUCET NEEDS A LARGER SINK ON A SMALL SINK WHEN YOU INSTALL IT THEN TURN IT ON YOU WILL GET VERY WET NOW YOU CAN TURN THE SHUT OFFS DOWN BUT THEY WILL LEAKE AFTER A SHORT TIME SO AS IT STANDS INSTALL IT TURN IT ON AND GET A BATH AT THE SAME TIME UNLESS IT IS INSTALLED ON A LARGER SINK OTHERWISE IT IS WELL MADE

This was my very first attempt to remove and, install a new bathroom faucet and, frankly the majority of my time was spent getting the old taps off. This beautiful faucet along with the fact that it came with the water supply lines hooked up at the faucet end as well as everything I needed to install it made it quick and, easy to do it myself.A note for the diyer’s …if you don’t already have pop up drains in your sink don’t forget to look on Amazon & buy yourself a new drain assembly and ensure to get yourself one with the catch basket that can be removed for cleaning to prevent clogs from hair or catch any fallen jewelry, etc. for easy retrieval.

Even though we looked at the pic online the unit did not fit into our decor. On saying this there was nothing wrong with the unit , it was solidly built and was a classy bathroom vessel sink valve. The company was great to deal with even though its an international company and shipping is such a pain in this day of Covid.
