Needed a quick an easy for the back of pick up for camping and this was perfect. Comes with the foot pump but we have one that plugs into the car so was quick and easy. Pretty basic blow up mattress. Comfy as you can get. Soft top part. Seemed to be quality material. Deflated and put away quickly. Shipped super fast

The built in "foot pump" does not work at all. I followed the instructions. The air just goes in and out of the same valve hole, so compressing and releasing the pump has no effect. There is an additional valve on the side, to which you can attach your own pump if you have one, but this mattress does NOT come with any other pump, so you have to supply your own pump. In terms of comfort, this is a standard air mattress except that the "foot pump" feels like a hard lump so just make sure that this is on the feet end when you sleep.

This air mattress does not come with an air pump, make sure to bring your own. Fortunately, I had an air pump with me on my trip. The mattress inflated quickly. Soon after I inflated the mattress, I sat on the mattress & when I got up it seemed that the mattress had lost air. I was advised by a friend on the trip that this is normal, that air mattresses "expand internally" once inflated, then they should keep the air & be stable. After that, I never re-inflated my air mattress, it seemed to remain the same for the entirety of the 2 night trip. I feel that this mattress would be easier for a back sleeper. When I was laying on my back, I found it to be more comfortable. I was mostly side sleeping, to try to snore less. I had pushed my air mattress against the wall & it seemed that when sleeping on my side, I tended to slide to the side of the mattress & slept with my back literally against the wall. For some reason, I just could not side sleep in the middle of this mattress, though I would have liked to.

UPDATE: Customer service is great and they stand by their product. The new one works perfectly and I'm impressed with how firm it inflates and stays inflated. It was easy to pump up with my feet and very comfortable to lie on.If you pump this up with a machine, then it pumps up fast and holds air well. However, the foot pump did not work well for me. It never got to the point where it was fully pumped by foot. However, if you do have a pump and can use it, then this holds well and is quite comfortable to sleep on. Has a nice felt top, which is nice because it reduces sheets (or you!) from slipping off. It's durable and easy to deflate too.

I'd gotten a couple of air mattresses that for whatever reasons just didn't work out like I needed them to, so this was kind of the Goldilocks one.It's very skinny, so if you're a larger person or if you move around a lot in your sleep, it might not be ideal. I mainly got it for my spare room for when I have a last-minute overnight with family or friends, so it's perfect for that.I haven't tried using the foot pump, though, because I already had an electric air pump anyway, so I can't speak to that part yet, but next time that I inflate it, I'll use the foot pump and update this with how that went. (It sounds like other reviewers have mixed experiences with it...)The material seems durable enough, but obviously I'd caution against trying to set this up on top of a pile of sharp sticks or something, just to be on the safe side. But I'm interested in trying this out for camping this summer, so hopefully it won't spring any leaks.

I gotta start out with a negative here, the foot pump is a great idea but the execution was poorly implemented. Used it for a day, didn't deflate on me. I used an external inflator to make it much easier for myself after trying to pump with both my feet for close to an hour. Storing it is easy enough, it's a single size air mattress that is small enough to bring out with you on either camping, or car camping for my use case.

We haven't taken this air mattress camping yet but did test it out at home. Was surprisingly comfortable. Not a luxurious sleep but much better than expected. I'm a back sleeper and don't move around a lot and the narrow size works fine for me. The sort of flocked surface does work to minimize slipping, even with a sleeping bag on top. It held the air all night. When camping I'd probably take a yoga mat to put underneath to reduce the possibility of punctures.As far as the foot pump goes, it does work but definitely not quick and easy. I may take an external pump when we finally are able to camp again.
