As stated by others there is no metal ring. It is all plastic. I ordered this item specfically because it had the metal ring. I will be returning it.

The product is not at all as pictured, there's no stainless steel flange on top, merely plastic. Would not recommend or purchase again

Flange is plastic non-swivel, NOT stainless steel swivel ring as pictured and Product description. As a Plumber for over 35 years of knowledge I like the stainless ring over the plastic hands down. Amazon you need to update you page.

Worked great for what I needed. It should be noted however that the mounting flange is no longer stainless as the manufacturer has changed to an all plastic design.
