Not what is pictured. H Block pads...but nice soft rubber.

These are not hard plastic riser pads like ones that came stock with my old school shaped cruzer. They're softer, more of a shock pad. But they don't compress as much as some of the other rubber shock pads that I have. I'm working on ollies and though I have landed hard half on and half off curbs, the deck doesn't have any stress cracks...yet.
