First of all, I have to say that this setup is an amazing bargain. I'm not sure how much you paid, but when I bought mine in 2021, they were priced at $12.95 with free shipping. Generally, blank/unbranded wheels cost $20, so to get these for less is amazing. These wheels also came with new washers and bearing spacers, so that makes this an even better deal. The bearings that come with these wheels work fine and beginners won't notice anything wrong with them, but as an experiment, I took a set of 9 year-old Bones Red bearings (these are more expensive and more professional than the bearings that come with these wheels) and I mounted them in these wheels with the bearing spacers, and then I mounted them on the axle with washers and properly tightened the axle nut, and then I spun the wheels as fast as I could. Without fail, the wheel with 9 year-old Bones Red bearings outperformed the bearings that came with this wheel set by a factor or two: the wheel with Bones Red bearings would spin for about 18 seconds, whereas the bearings that came with this wheelset would spin for about 9 seconds. Keep in mind that beginner skateboarders would likely not notice any difference between these bearings and the more professional bearings that come on more expensive skateboards, but experienced skaters will notice a difference.Anyways, I didn't really care about this wheelset coming with a cheap set of bearings since I have two sets of older, more professional bearings, and I knew that if these bearings didn't spin as freely, I'd be using one of my old sets. Also, this wheelset is such a great value even if it has sub-optimal bearings. That's why I don't hesitate to rate this wheelset with five stars!Regarding the wheels themselves, they seem like any urethane wheels from any modern skateboard wheel manufacturer. I see no difference in construction or performance between these wheels and $35 wheels from Spitfire and other top brands. The only obvious difference is that these wheels don't have any graphics printed on them (I actually prefer them this way!)
