My blacktop PBass doesn't fit well, though it still protects pretty well, also I don't love the texture and it weighs a lot. It protects well, and the lock is secure, but it has it's downsides

I can't imagine a better case for your bass! This thing is built like a tank but still manages to be light. The bumpers that run around the valance are a great idea. The latches are the best, very secure and they stay latched no matter what. You won't be sorry if you buy this case!

Fits great with my MIM Fender Jazz bass.Key fits a bit too snug compared to the one I bought for my telecaster though.

I bought this case to replace my wife's crappy case. This is a perfect case. It's a hard plastic shell and the interior is very soft. The latches are incredibly easy to use and it keeps the guitar solid so it doesn't move around. The guitar it's protecting is an Ibanez GSR 200.
