These work great for mounting furniture wheels because the top part really grips the wood and won't slide out.

Used these to repair loosened and rusted castor sockets on dining chairs and they worked out great! It helped that I used a little PC-Woody wood repair epoxy paste to better secure the sockets in the chair leg holes. Highly recommend and would buy again.
