these straps are made of quality rubber and fit perfectly, Im very pleased with how they fit and look. would buy them again if needed.

This initially worked as expected, but did not come with any mounting hardware and no instructions, so I installed it with a rivet the same size as the factory latch but it came off in the lake on my first trip. The rivet is still firmly in the boat, so it must have stretched around the rivet and fell off.
