I love this math set. I incorporate it with my child's homeschool curriculum. Its easy to use and my child enjoys doing her daily math using this set. The pieces have held up well and will be used again for my younger children.

This is an awesome set that comes with engaging tools and options for approaching teaching of addition and subtraction. Having dice that randomly generate a math problem is awesome as I was getting tired of making combinations. It also engaged my son to roll the dice and be okay with harder math problems. I bought additional counting cubes as I find it is a tactile way to help teach the concepts of addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.

My granddaughters are presently 6 and 4. I purchased the money set to teach them what they have in their piggy banks. We first counted and identified all of the money. Next, with their tea set...we will play store and I will buy tea and pastries from them. They will set the prices and make change. This money is realistic looking and after we have these concepts down...they will do chores for real money and take it to the store. They don't teach money management in schools. I'll also incorporate their savings account as well. This toy is an Integral part. The bills and coins are durable and I expect to use it for several years.

This set covers a lot of topics in first grade math. Also it could be used for a more advanced kindergartener towards the end of the year. There are many ways to play and practice. For me, I have found that I like to use the kit in a specific topic way. I think towards the end of the year, you could do a variety to be more of a review. But, for example, right now I’m focusing on subtraction. Then before that we were focusing on addition. Then there is skip counting which was a nice refresher for my child. There are pages that look like mini workbook pages. You can laminate those which I would recommend if you have multiple children that would eventually like to use the set. This kit has helped add a little variety to our math routine. Plus it’s easy to use for the parent. Also, helpful for the parent, the box is resealable. All the pieces can fit neatly back inside. For an additional math resource, this is a very budget friendly option.

This is a pretty cool set. It comes with a count board that goes from 1 to 120. There are also several different 10 frames. Counting, number bonds, answering the addition and subtraction questions and a sheet for your kiddo to count and write to 120 themselvesThe cards are pretty cool, addition/subtraction by numbers and by using different colored cubes and ten frames for addition/subtraction.The number tiles not only include the numbers but also the addition, subtraction, greater than and less than symbols. Pretty amazing for helping learning and perhaps helping kiddos see a hands-on way to do homework.Included is a number line and also a small card one can use dry erase to write on.one of the coolest additions is the die. There is a red and blue one with different numbers as well as a die that has the addition, subtraction symbols so you get a different math problem with each roll This can be a fun game. This kit will be very helpful as the kiddos go through kinder and first grade.
