I’m a UK size 12 and ordered size M. I couldn’t even get them past my knees. I’ve given them to my sister, who is a UK size 8 and she said they’re even tight on her! She likes them though and said they’re comfortable and she can definitely feel the compression. Maybe if you order 2 sizes bigger than the chart says they might fit!

Comfortable fit but poor quality for the cost, wore them once and the seems are stretching.

These are quality leggings with just the right compression. Sizing is generous, if you want them tight go down a size. These are definitely squat proof and stay put no matter the exercise. M
