Nice set of clamps to retain my front fender. The clamp does not close the gap all the way at the smallest diameter range. It was a good thing I am able to close the gap by putting the mounting bracket in the middle of the closing ends of the clamp.

I used the, to mount a set of SKS Commuter Fenders, on a Trek 4900 Alpha, that I was sort of converting to a gravel type bike.The Judy C suspension fork, had no provisions to mount the front fender, and these adapters fit the bill, without looking "tacky" (I don't care for "tacky"!)That said, I did use a Dremel cut-off tool, to trim the excess screw length, instead of slipping on the rubber "booties", to cover the excess threads.They worked great, and look GREAT!
