Over 100 Years of Quality
SKS is a quality manufacturer in the bicycle industry, we have been keeping bikes rolling for over 100 years.
Our history began in 1921 when Karl Scheffer-Klute of Sundern, Germany began manufacturing curtain rods. His company was purchased in 1932 by Wilhelm Blome, who also purchased a tire inflator company, which inspired him to begin manufacturing metal pumps.
SKS is now known as a pump and bicycle fender manufacturer, along with accessories for your bike, including bike pumps, fenders, bags, tools, digital pressure gauges, bottle cages, cage adapters, and even phone holders.
SKS items are still designed and manufactured in Sundern, Germany. We will continue to innovate and manufacture the highest quality cycling accessories for years to come.
The Future is Orange
SKS Germany employs 400 people at our bicycle HQ in Sundern, and over 700 employees across our three combined divisions.
43% of our bicycle business is through aftermarket product sales while 32% is OEM product.
Annually, SKS Germany produces:
- 4.5 million full fenders
- 2 million clip-on fenders
- 1.2 million bicycle pumps
This totals over 18,000 fenders per day and 3,200 pumps per day!
Revamping the classics
In 2022 the SKS full fender line was renewed. The classic Chromoplastic Longboard and Commuter II full fenders were replaced with the new Bluemels and Bluemels Style fenders.
Both models are made using the same chromoplastic fender material. But, the Bluemels now come with black hardware and are available in more sizes than before.
The Bluemels Style fenders feature a square profile design, double U Stay technology, a matte black finish, and come with a sleek, flexible spoiler on the front and rear fender.
SKS Germany continues to be a leader in clip-on fender options as well.

I've only fitted the back one (dead easy and a dencent, stong clasp) but it's kept the muck off on some filthy rides. I run 32mm tyres and it's plenty wide enough.Recommended.

Für mein Gravelbike wollte ich ein leichtes und einfach abzunehmendes Schutzblech, welches ich mit dem hier gefunden habe.War super anzubringen und hält wirklich tadellos, ob hinten oder vorne.Mir gefällt auch das Design sehr gut da es nicht zu sehr aufträgt.Durch die Gummi Befestigung vorne ist man sehr flexibel von der Größe her aber trotzdem sieht es dadurch nicht "Trashig" aus.Hinten ist die Halterung noch leichter zu installieren da sie einfach nur mit dem Gurt drumherum befestigt und dann festgeklemmt wird.Ich war anfangs nicht sicher ob das auf Dauer hält ohne ständig zu verrutschen aber ich muss sagen es ist super fest.Das Band ist ihnen mit Gummi beschichtet, dadurch hält die Halterung gut und rutscht nicht hin und her.Ich glaube ich hatte ca. 30 Euro bezahlen und dafür bin ich begeistert, wirklich gute Qualität und Schützt auch gut bei Witterung.

Very quick and easy to put on and off, works a charm. Couldn't recommend it more. Put it on my partners bike for the winter rain, and she loves it.

Il pezzo anteriore fa bene il suo lavoro ed è molto pratico.Quello posteriore per nulla! Tirando la fascetta al massimo non si riesce a stringere e non tiene la posizione finendo per spostarsi lateralmente e scivolare alla minima sollecitazione. Proverò a mettere uno strato di gomma per vedere se la fascetta farà più presa e nel caso aggiornerò la recensione.

3 stars because, like bruh what's up with a price. Kinda high. But overall good quality, On duty keping my ass clean. Easy to install or pop them off whenever you have no need in them.

Błotniki przyszły bez gumowych obejm montażowych na przedni widelec, poszły do zwrotu, te same błotniki zakupiłem dzień później bez problemu w Decathlonie, nie chciałem ryzykować, że z Amazonu znowu towar dotrze niekompletny.
