I heard some people saying that it wont fit or its a tight fit with the factory skid plate. While it would be if you didnt take it off to swap out the pans it has plenty of clearance. I have the factory skit plate and 1 inch transfercase drop but even if you dont have the 1 inch drop it would still fit just fine. The pan is much thicker than factory, much stiffer than factory. Only complaint that I have is the filter spacer had some metal dust on it so i just had to clean that up. Super easy install overall put in 6 quarts of ATF+4.

Spacer supplied does NOT fully align to the automatic transmission (only 2 of the 3 filer bolts could be used).Bolts supplied ALL broke, snapped and had to remove with extraction tool and replace with stronger bolts.Note for the 32RH transmissions in my 1999 TJ, the transmission cross member / support needs to be removed to fit the deep pan, The pan itself is back and comes with rubber gasket and drain plug. Does not include the debris magnet but the pan itself looks okay. Overall cheap product and would not recommend or purchase again.

So the cons are that my “rock ready” sticker didn’t apply and the letters stuck to the clear top layer but that might be my fault, only other thing was the nylon washer that doesn’t seem to go anywhere or do anything? Aside from that the pan is quit a bit more rigid than factory and as an added bonus the drain plug supplied is a 16mm that matches my oil pan drain plug.

Wanted a deep pan so I could install a trans temp sender without internal interference. Added fluid and drain plug was a bonus. Didn’t use rubber gasket supplied with pan, used a lubelocker instead so can’t review gasket.Overall happy with purchase

Finished installing this a couple of hours ago. I have to say the pan looks and feels to made of the highest quality. Thicker than the original pan so hopefully no more worries about the pan warping. I DID NOT use the gasket that came with the pan. I use LUBELOCKER part # A999 reusable gasket. It fits the TJ. Had it up in a few hours and zero leaks. It took 6 quarts of ATF+4. My only gripe is for the seller....the pan does not come as the described, It comes in black. So if the matte black coloration doesn't bother you I would recommend to order this for your Jeep. The black color was a nice surprise compared to the picture on the amazon. The pan is heavier gauge than I expected and the gasket seems to be a quality rubber gasket. What gets me, and most items are this way, someone carelessly scratches the item after time and money is spent to paint the items. How about spending a few more pennys on wrapping the item after paint to protect the finish. Overall nice upgrade.
