I should have listened to the bad reviews.I had something very similar to this that I bought at Spencers Gifts back in the 1980s. Not sure where the product that calls itself "the original" comes off, since they say they started making it in the late 90s, but this is definitely not able to make the sounds that I used to be able to make - and I know how to use it.Definite return.

After several hours of manipulating the thing and trying out several methods of operation, I’ve come to the conclusion that this thing isn’t worth the money or the time. Bad product. Too small and made of cheap material.

I guess you have to take classes on how to get the sound you're looking for. As it stands right now, they're not working for me. I've watched YouTube tutorials on them and STILL, it's been in affective. Could very well be just another seller capitalizing on what we think would be loads of fun & laughter. Too inexpensive to send back. I'll give them a few more tries and if still, just this "squeaky" mouse sound, I'll use them to make people think there's a roaming, loud mouthed mouse nearby or, toss them both in the dumpster.

Does not work as shown in Demo, it's difficult to use, you need moist palms to get the sound effect, which is not drawn out like in the Demo.

These negative reviews just can't get it to work. Gotta try different positions on your hand. Not every hand is the same. It actually works on a different spot on my left hand then my right. Once you find the correct spot it works with no issues.
