Tried contacting seller and the email is nonexistent. Tried calling and no one answers. NO INTERNET AT ALL! I should not have to purchase data until 10 GB have been used according to the site. I should have known when there was only 1 review, but that person didnt sound like they knew what they were talking about. They said no sim card but according to the seller it doesn't need sim card. This item ONLY HOOKED UP TO WIFI. I NEEDED IT TO HOOK UP TO INTERNET TO USE LAPTOP. Went to my settings on phone and changed mobile hotspot as directed and it still didnt work. Can return according to Amazon, but I can't work on laptop so useless. Im so infuriated by this company whom was supposed to be reliable. Not reliable at all.
