These are great! I liked it so much I bought a second one! I like how they have a small footprint, so we don’t worry about tripping over them or them getting in the way. The only thing I don’t like about them, thus 1 star being deducted, is the rollers have a seam in the middle (not shown in the product info pictures). I worry that it’ll leave a mark on our doors over time, but time will tell. They’ve only been in use for a few weeks, but so far we love them!

This floor guide is one of three that I've tried and this one is by far the best.Pros:EASY to adjust and lock without losing your door width measurement. You can actually have the door 1/4 way into the guide when tightening it down so that you don't lock in too wide or too narrow.Locks and tightens with an Allen wrench - no teeny tiny nuts and bolts to fight with.You can lock in the door width AFTER installing the guide.It installs 100% flush to the floor *(best feature)Rolls smoothly and quietly.Why other floor guides can't compare.I have tried 2 other floor guides and this is the best by far. Other floor guides have teeny tiny little nuts that need to be tightened with a teeny wrench, and by the time you get a grip on it, the bolt slides and you lost your width measurement position all together.With the other guides I tried, there is no option to lock in, or slightly adjust door width after installation, the entire guide needs to be unscrewed from the baseboard to make width adjustments. Also, with the other floor guides, you can never truly install flush to the floor because the little nuts underneath the slider would not allow for a flush to the floor install.
