About Normal Open Mode
- To open the normally open mode: press [9] and then press [OK) key, the user recognizes the opening of the lock after opening (no user identification, will exit the normally open mode).
- Turn off the normally open mode: press [0] and then press the [OK] key.
- Enter the user information (by fingerprint or password), and then you can actually activate the normally open mode.
How to lock the door outside?
1.Long press the 'C/M' key on the keyboard.
2.Long press the lock button of remote control.

This is a good lock for glass doors. Installation and software setup is clear and easy to follow. It can be unlocked several ways and all methods works very well. My only gripe is the plastic base which may not be quite sturdy. Despite that, I believe it still offers some good level of deterrence.

This smart lock arrived appropriately packaged within a generic looking box and in a timely manner. The instruction manual looks professionally produced and well written. The color pictures were helpful with illustrating installation. The components of this lock feel well made and of quality material. The keypad is a smooth surface that offers no tactile feedback. The middle of the keypad is where it reads the RFID. Overall, I would recommend it.

This fingerprint door lock is a great addition to my apartment building. It's easy to install and works perfectly, giving me peace of mind.
